Podere Montalto is an old rural estate in the mountains of Castellina in Chianti. The house dates back to the 16th century and was rebuilt according to old land registry plans. It consists of three apartments and the owners’s apartment. The estate is nestled into the hills and is absolutely remote and isolated. An ideal place to relax. The apartment offered here is about 30 meters away from the owners house in an old barn.
The barn formerly used as a privat theater is a very comfortable tiny house. It consists of 6 rooms on 140 sqm which generosy exceeds by far those of normal holiday apartments. It has as much space to retire for a while without missing the normal comfort of an own house.The more modern furnishing is of excellent quality. Both sleeping rooms have their own bath room, garanteeing enough privacy for two couples.
